Spelling Bee

The BPSD Spelling Bee is a district-wide event featuring 50 students in grades four through eight across the seven district schools. Fourth and fifth graders compete in their own division, while sixth, seventh, and eighth graders attempt to earn a spot representing Buena Park at the Orange County Spelling Bee. The event typically lasts three hours and features multiple tie-breakers and impressive spelling skills.
